Imports and exports

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to comply with customs import and/or export procedures applicable to foreign title vehicles. Customs inspection, import fees, export fees and proof of emissions compliance may be required.

ICTL HOLLAND B.V. does not warrant or represent that vehicles sold can be legally registered in any state or country or exported to another country. You accept all risks associated with variations in state or country sale document and registration laws and the possibility that those may negatively impact the marketability of vehicles purchased from ICTL HOLLAND B.V.

ICTL HOLLAND B.V. and its affiliates controls and operates this Site from its headquarters in Hommerterweg 54, 6431EW Hoensbroek, Netherlands and makes no representation that the materials are appropriate or will be available for use in other locations. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all marketing or promotional materials found on this Site are solely directed to individuals, companies or other entities located in the United States. If You use this Site from outside the United States of America, You are entirely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including but not limited to the export and import regulations.

Legal

All vehicles sold via auctions/custom orders/other suppliers are in line with their own policies and conditions. ICTL HOLLAND B.V. does not warranty the vehicle’s conditions nor the merchantability. Any conflicts and/or disputes will be directly between the Seller of the vehicle and the Buyer of the vehicle.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, ICTL HOLLAND B.V. expressly disclaim the accuracy or completeness of any and all information provided to Buyers regarding vehicles, whether provided in written, verbal, or digital image form (including, without limitation, the Vehicle Reports) (“Vehicle Information”). Vehicle Information provided by or through ICTL HOLLAND B.V., VinAudit and/or its affiliated dealers is for convenience only. Buyers shall not rely on Vehicle Information in deciding whether or how much to bid on a vehicle offered for sale through ICTL HOLLAND B.V. Vehicle Information includes but is not limited to: year, make, model, trim, engine size, fuel type, cylinders, drivetrain, condition, actual car (or cash) value, damage amount, damage type, extent of damage, drivability, options and accessories, mileage, odometer disclosures, vehicle identification number (“VIN”), title, title status, general vehicle status, whether the vehicle runs and drives, whether the vehicle’s engine starts (with a jump or without), repair history, title history, and total loss history.

The images of the vehicles that ICTL HOLLAND B.V. provides are not intended to exhaustively display the current condition of the vehicle and ICTL HOLLAND B.V. does not make any warranty, guarantee or representation about the condition of the vehicle by providing these images.

A general statement regarding the location of the vehicle’s damage is not intended to be inclusive or exhaustive of all the damage the vehicle has suffered. The vehicle may have more damage which is not reflected in the damage section nor the pictures. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect, and/or investigate the condition of the vehicle and any and all information related thereto prior to bidding on and/or purchasing the vehicle.

OUR SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE ONLY TO, AND MAY ONLY BE USED BY INDIVIDUALS WHO CAN FORM LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACTS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, OUR SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO CHILDREN (PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18) OR TEMPORARILY OR INDEFINITELY SUSPENDED ICTL HOLLAND B.V. REGISTER.
