All security deposits placed with ICTL HOLLAND B.V. are refundable only if you do not have any outstanding bids and offers.
If a vehicle has already been acquired for you from the auction, via custom order or via a different supplier and you (the buyer) do not pay in full the invoice issued in connection with this vehicle, you will forfeit your security deposit (and it will NOT be refundable) because ICTL HOLLAND B.V. will need to cover the costs related to acquiring the car on your behalf and other related costs. You will also be responsible for other costs and expenses in connection with your purchase.
We process successful refunds within 2-3 business days from the date that you requested a refund and after the internal check is completed.
For refunds by credit card, it may take from 5 – 15 days to be reflected back on your credit card (depending on your financial intermediary). This timing is dependent on your bank and/or card issuer as we process your refund request within 2-3 business days from the day you request it and after the internal check is completed.
For refunds sent by wire there are additional charges as a result of bank fees related to wire transfers. Wire refunds will be subject to outgoing wire fees which will be deducted from the refund amount.
