What are my Shipping & Delivery options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping our products.

Shipping Fees

We ship worldwide and the rates depend on:

  • The dimensions of the cargo (measurements)
  • The weight of the cargo (gross)
  • Nature of the cargo if not a vehicle (if available – incl. HS Code)
  • Where the cargo is being shipped from (exact location)
  • To what location is the cargo being shipped to (exact location)

Please note – in all cases the shipment surcharges are VATOS.

2. Shipping methods, delivery times and shipping restrictions

For EU consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within the period provided in our commercial offer. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Do you deliver internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid for national and international orders.

3. International shipping and restrictions

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
