Adherence to this policy and the associated procedures is mandatory for all staff who handle or
process card payments on behalf of the ICTL HOLLAND B.V.

Payment Policy

You agree to pay all other customary auction fees and charges for services rendered in connection with the purchase and sale of vehicles, including, without limitation, gate fees, buyer fees, sale fees, entry fees, loading fees, storage fees, and other such fees and charges. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to verify fees charged by ICTL HOLLAND B.V. prior to incurring such charges. All fees and charges are subject to change without notice.

Deposit payments made towards placing a bid on a vehicle can be paid by credit card or by wire transfer. You acknowledge that ICTL HOLLAND B.V. may require additional documentation from You in connection with its fraud prevention and security measures program before it approves any credit card deposit made by You. You acknowledge and agree that You shall provide ICTL HOLLAND B.V. such additional documentation, including, without limitation, a copy of a government issued identification, a copy of the credit card used for the deposit and any other documentation reasonably required to ascertain Your identity as part of ICTL HOLLAND B.V.’s fraud prevention and security measures program, all of which are for your protection. Prior to any credit card charge, You agree to sign an authorization letter for all charges.

Payment for vehicles purchased through the Site must be made within two (2) days following the date of purchase of the vehicle by wire transfer or by a credit card to ICTL HOLLAND B.V.’s bank account. Vehicles not paid for within the above-specified timeframe will be subject to a Late Fee of 150 EUR (or more depending on the auction clearing house) per vehicle per day.

All invoices are issued in EUR. If requested, conversions can be made to USD. Currency exchange rates of our local bank are applicable (date of invoice issuance). Fees will depend on the selected currency. Each case will be assessed individually and agreed and confirmed in advance with the Buyer. Bank transfer charges are going to the Buyers account.

1. What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you place an order through ictlholland.nl you will need to share your data and we will capture your name, email address, phone number and address listed. During the payment procedure, after you have made contact with one of our specialists, you will receive an individual payment link only visible by you. You will be required to manually enter your credit card details. This information allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your order.

2. How does ICTL HOLLAND B.V. protect customer information?
When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorized access.

3. Credit Card Details
All credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe’s Payment Gateway. Payment by credit card or wire bank transfer are the only ways to place an order. ICTL HOLLAND B.V. does not store any credit card information on our servers.

4. Payment Information
When you initially provide or update your payment information, we transmit it via an encrypted connection to Payment Processor. Payment Processor uses and processes your payment information in accordance with Privacy Policy. ICTL HOLLAND B.V. does not store your payment information, other than your zip code and country, which we require for billing and to comply with tax and other government regulations.

5. Your Consent
By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

7. Payment Gateway Info
We offer Credit Card payments for all our users. Credit Card payments are made directly through a SSL Encryption software to ensure your personal details are kept safe. Once again, none of your credit card details are stored.
